I started in retail auto, progressing from sales to Vice President of Operations at Ourisman Automotive. I then served as National CRM Manager at Reynolds and Reynolds for 10 years, followed by a two-year stint as National Manager at eBay, and a decade as VP of National Accounts at Conversica.
After a rewarding career, I traveled the world, volunteering at an elephant rescue in Thailand and teaching at an orphanage. Now, I was drawn back into the business world with Silent Partner and helped developed Contactter.AI. As Consultant and Advisor (Chief Visionary Officer), I leverage AWS, Firebase, and OpenAI to help companies boost sales and service through advanced email marketing.
